All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and selected carrier.

Typical delivery times:

  • Domestic (USA): 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–14 business days

You will see the final rate during checkout before placing your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
You can track your shipment using the carrier’s website.

Shipment Delays

Delivery might be delayed due to:

  • customs clearance
  • natural events
  • high-volume seasons (Black Friday, holidays)

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Wrong Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct.
We cannot replace items delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at hello@evora.com within 7 days with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of damage (if applicable)

We will assist you in resolving the issue.
